CONSIGNMENT ITEMS

Due to the nature of of our consignment feature, returns are simply not possible. Keeping this in mind, we will examine and test each consignment item, as well as our Tone Pharm inventory, with a high level of scrutiny. All visible flaws, scratches, blemishes, scuffs, anything that might affect a potential buyer’s decision will be noted, photographed, and documented.  If you have any concerns or questions about a particular item, please make sure that you inquire before making a purchase. All electronics will be fully tested to the best of our ability, and guaranteed to arrive as described.  Given the fact that nearly all of our items are previously owned,  no warranties will be offered. We will be more than happy to discuss more subjective issues, such as “playability” or “tone” of a particular instrument or amplifier with any potential buyer….because every item we offer will be played and graded on factors of this nature.

RETURNS OF NON-CONSIGNMENT ITEMS

All Tone Pharm Classic custom harp mics qualify for refund of purchase price if you are not satisfied with your item, buyer pays all shipping costs. On purchases of any TPC Harpmic or non-consignment instrument, buyers will be allowed a 48 hour approval period. If  you wish to return your purchase, notice of intent to return must be by email.  Item must be returned in the  same condition as shipped in the original packaging. There are no returns on any amplifiers. All other items on a per case basis. We do not issue partial refunds. Due to the lengthy time factors and complications of Customs involved in overseas shipping, there are NO RETURNS on any item shipped outside the United States of America.

SHIPPING

Most of the items we ship ( instruments, amplifiers, vintage mics ) are by nature rather fragile, and we take extra care in making sure that your purchase arrives safely. Stated shipping weights may reflect additional packing. We strive to keep shipping costs as low as possible without jeopardizing your item. Some purchases can be transacted in person for nearly the same cost of shipping, call or email for details. Limited geographic area. Most small items will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail, instruments and larger items will be by UPS or FedEx,  BAX Global or shipper mutually agreed upon at time of sale. There will be no falsification of Customs Forms as to value of item or nature of transaction.


PAYMENT

Payment can be made by Credit Card,  PayPal, Cash (on items picked up in person),  Cashier’s Checks, and USPS Money Order.

BUYER PAYS ALL SHIPPING, INSURANCE, & BANK FEES, AND IS SOLELY 
RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AND ALL DAMAGE CLAIMS.

EXECUTION OF FINAL TRANSACTION BY PURCHASER CONSTITUTES ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS
